TENDER MANAGEMENT (Phase 1)

  • ITT preparations
  • Assist with development of technical tender evaluation criteria
  • Due diligence and technical evaluation of bidders offers and concepts
  • Technical contract negotiations with foundation, WTG and equipment supplier
  • Propose, check, and evaluate technical conditions of contract

 

PREPARATION AND PLANNING PHASE (Phase 2)

(CORE COMPETENCE)

  • Interface coordination between employer(s) and contractors
  • Controlling of contract obligations and monitoring of deadlines
  • Documentation review
  • Support of foundation package manager in certification, logistic, and QC issues
  • Coordinate interfaces between different packages (e.g. foundations, cables, WTG logistics etc.)
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings
  • Design coordination
  • Preparation of quality assurance plan (QA-plan)
  • Preparation of ITPs as part of the overall QA plan of the project

CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION PHASE (Phase 3)

  • Coordinate interfaces between Contractors
  • Review and preparation of Method Statements
  • Review and preparation of Risk Assessments in collaboration with HSE manager/staff
  • Review of Documentation
  • Coordinate interfaces between the Packages (foundation package, WTG package, logistics, cables etc.)
  • HSE assistance during Construction activities
  • Coordinate, manage and direct installation vessels
  • Marine Coordination
  • Fabrication follow-up
  • Superintendence (offshore installation management) on site
  • Supervision of activities on installation vessels
  • QA implementation and reporting
  • Daily reporting and look ahead

 

COMMISSIONING (Phase 4)

  • FAT and SAT
  • Quality inspections prior takeover of components
  • Track and approval of tests for completion
